Tembakau Membuat Kulit Awet Muda
Jakarta - Tembakau ternyata tidak hanya sebagai bahan pembuat rokok saja. Sebuah penemuan terbaru menunjukkan, tembakau akan dijadikan sebagai kandungan kosmetik.
Masalah terbesar kerusakan kulit adalah disebabkan oleh rokok. Lalu bagaimana bisa tembakau akan dijadikan sebagai produk kosmetik.
Ternyata tembakau sedang diuji coba untuk dimasukkan sebagai kandungan produk kecantikan. Seperti dikutip dari my health news daily, tembakau merupakan metode baru yang dimanfaatkan untuk meremajakan kulit.
Peneliti dari Universitas Ibrani di Yerusalem, menemukan tanaman tembakau memiliki kandungan yang mengahasilkan kolagen mirip dengan kolagen manusia. Seperti artikel sebelumnya, kolagen sangat penting untuk kulit karena kolagen merupakan protein utama dalam kulit yang biasanya produksi kolagen menurun karena proses penuaan.
Nao Lapido, wakil asisten peneleti, menjelaskan tembakau memiliki kandungan yang aman untuk kulit. "Kandungan tembakau sangat unik dan kandungannya sangat mirip dengan kolagen manusia dan tidak berasal dari hewan, maka dari itu kolagen tembakau sangat aman daripada kolagen lainnya," Jelas Lapido.
Lapido juga menjelaskan, sebagian besar produk kolagen saat ini berasal dari hewan ternak, seperti sapi, babi dan mayat manusia. Produk Kolagen dari bahan-bahan tersebut dapat membawa virus yang berisiko.
Namun penemuan ini menjelaskan, bukan berarti tembakau alami memiliki manfaat medis untuk mempercantik. Produksi kolagen yang dihasilkan dari tembakau merupakan gabungan dari teknolgi yang melibatkan lima gen tertentu dalam tanaman tembakau. Tembakau yang diteliti telah dimodifikasi dan dirancang khusus sehingga membentuk sebuah kolagen yang mirip dengan kolagen manusia.

Image sensor. Kamera yang dimiliki iPhone 4S memiliki image sensor sebesar 8MP. Ini adalah peningkatan di mana iPhone seri sebelumnya (iPhone 4) memiliki kamera 5 MP. Dengan pixel yang lebih banyak, ketajaman warna foto akan bisa dinikmati.
Lensa. Lensa di iPhone 4S memiliki bukaan yang lebih lebar yakni 2.4 F-stop. Dengan aperture ini, foto yang dihasilkan dalam kondisi low light atau di dalam ruangan, akan tetap bagus. Hal ini dikarenakan, lensa dengan bukaan lebar mampu menangkap cahaya yang lebih banyak.
Chip A5. Pengoperasian kamera yang ada di iPhone 4S akan lebih cepat dengan pemakaianimage processor yang sama seperti yang dipakai di iPad 2. Dengan Chip A5, Apple mengklaim tak ada lagi shutter lag yang terjadi. Apple menyebut bahwa chip ini sebagus chip yang ada di kamera DSLR.
